Therapy provides an opportunity to face challenges that our lives present to us on a daily basis. We are constantly growing and learning in our personal and professional lives and therapy allows us to pause for a moment and reflect on our priorities, goals, and values.
Throughout sessions, together, we can recognize counterproductive thought patterns, nurture inner strength, and learn new coping strategies. I firmly believe that no matter where you are in your life, therapy can be beneficial. While I draw from several different therapeutic modalities, I use a tailored approach of evidence-based techniques in order to address the specific needs of each of my clients.
